BANIX PRODUCTIONS is a division of CROVA ENTERTAINMENT. We operate this site and platform to publish original animation and manga, and to let independent artists publish their works. For any privacy question, reach us through the Contact page.
Account: email address, artist name, @handle and the photo or images you choose for your profile. Content: the works, chapters, episodes, covers, characters and text you upload. Economy: your credit balance, purchase orders, code redemptions and withdrawal requests. Site usage: pages you visit, works you read or watch, the exact chapter and page where you stop reading, and notices you receive. Support: tickets you submit and your reply email.
To keep your session and account working, store and display the works you publish, process credit purchases and redemptions, calculate and pay rewards and withdrawals, continue reading where you left off, notify you about new chapters of works you follow, answer support tickets, moderate comments and protect the platform from abuse.
Credit purchases and artist withdrawals are processed server-side and recorded on your account. Payments are handled by external processors; we never sell or share your payment details. Economic details (prices, revenue share, holds) are described in the Terms of Service.
We publish publicly only what you choose to make public: your profile (if you enable visibility), your published works and your social links. We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with providers that run the platform (hosting, database, Google sign-in, payments) and with authorities when the law requires it.
We keep your account data while your account is active. Audit records of economic and moderation operations are kept longer for security and dispute resolution. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except what we are legally required to keep.
You can view and edit your profile, hide your public profile, download what you have uploaded, and request correction or deletion of your data by writing to us via Contact or Support. You can also unfollow works and turn off notices from your account.
The platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for people under 13, and works with sensitive material carry visible content warnings before opening them.
If we make an important change to this policy, we will update the date on this page and announce it inside the platform.
