TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules that apply when using BANIX PRODUCTIONS, its works, credits and accounts.

01Acceptance

By creating an account, buying credits, reading, watching or publishing on BANIX PRODUCTIONS, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the activity that happens in it. One person can keep an individual profile and run one or several studios. Do not impersonate other people or studios, and do not claim verifications or seals that BANIX has not granted you.

03Content and ownership

Your works remain yours. By publishing them on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and promote them within BANIX PRODUCTIONS (site, app and social channels citing the source), for as long as the work is published. You must own the rights to everything you upload and respect author and studio credit.

04Prohibited content

Not allowed: illegal material, sexual content involving minors, hate or violence incitement, harassment, impersonation, spam, malware, and uploading third-party works without permission. Works with sensitive themes must carry the corresponding content warnings. BANIX may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

05BANIX Credits

Credits are a virtual currency with value only inside the platform. They are bought in packs or as a custom amount, and can be earned by reading and watching works that allow it, by daily rewards, and by redeeming codes published by BANIX. Purchased credits are non-refundable, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no monetary value outside the site, except the artist withdrawal described below.

06Unlocking and rewards

Unlocking a premium chapter or episode costs credits; the reader/viewer reward, the unlock price and the required watch percentage are shown on each work and may be adjusted. Trying to game the reward system (fake views, automation, duplicate accounts) voids rewards and may suspend the account.

07Artist payouts

Unlock revenue is split 70 % to the artist or studio and 30 % to BANIX. Earnings are held for 14 days before they can be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal equals 10 USD; the credit conversion value at withdrawal is shown in the platform. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed internally by the team; a rejection returns the credits to your account. You can request a withdrawal from your wallet and the team will notify you of the outcome.

08Subscriptions and memberships

Memberships, once active, renew for the chosen period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal without refunding the current period, unless the law requires otherwise.

09Verifications and seals

The "Official BANIX" and "Verified Creator" seals and studio verification are granted and revoked exclusively by BANIX after review. Misleading use or faking studio identity is grounds for immediate removal of the seal and the account.

10Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time. BANIX may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; in that case purchased credits are not refunded. Published works can be taken down at their owner's request or if they break the rules.

11No warranties

The platform is offered as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses from using the service. Nothing here limits liabilities the law does not allow limiting.

12Changes and contact
